Shipping
We are proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders! Deliveries are handled by our logistics partners FEDEX, UPS, and DHL.
All orders have a tracking number and are express, secure and insured.
Duties
All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. That means that you may have to pay import tax and duty charges. You may be asked to pay these once your order arrives in the delivery country.
Plana is not liable for any import tax or duty charges issued by your country's national import office. Such charges are issued to the recipient and are not controlled by Plana in any way.
Import taxes and taxes vary from country to country and they depend on the value of your order. If in doubt please consult your country's governmental or national import office website for further information.
Returns
At Plana, we make returns simple. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) to our warehouse in Brazil for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. The item(s) have to be unworn/unused and be in the original shoebox to be eligible for a refund.
You have the option to use our prepaid returns label for a fee (which will be deducted from your refund):
